Welcome to UploadOnce: your life in one place

Chances are, you’ve been asked to use UploadOnce to submit some important documents. Luckily, it’s simple and completely free for you to jump on board.

Better yet, once uploaded, your documents are saved in your own secure digital folder so you can reuse the documents whenever you need to. Applying for a home loan? Child care? Insurance? Ask your service provider to request documents from UploadOnce so all your important documents are in one place and logically named for use or reuse

Get started in three steps:
Step 1: Register by clicking on the links in your welcome email. If you do not have this email, check your spam folder or contact your service provider to ask them to resend it.

Step 2: Your dashboard will display the list of documents that have been requested from you. Click on the link and upload from your local drive. Don’t worry about naming the files. UploadOnce will do this automatically. If you have used UploadOnce before, you can re-use documents previously uploaded.
Step 3: If you need to request the documents from someone else, go to the actions tab and assign them the task. Once documents are provided by a third party, you can click on the red icon to approve for it to be shared with the service provider requesting the documents.
